I work with individuals struggling with Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Mood disorders, Substance Abuse and addictive disorders, low self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship, and codependency. I am a Qualified supervisor for the state of Florida to the Clinical Social Work interns.
Treatment approach includes CBT, DBT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, solution-focused therapy, integrating yoga, and meditation components in the treatment strategies. Together, we will explore the issues in your life, draw upon your strengths, and help you learn new skills to empower you to make healthy choices and achieve the results you seek.
I have been in the treatment arena for the last 30 years, across a variety of professional settings including hospitals, non-profits, Juveniles, and Dept. of Corrections. Attended multiple training from India, South Africa, Philippines, United Kingdom and Australia.
